Visit any Chavez Supermarket location. In-store purchases may be made at any checkout lane with cash, credit, debit, or EBT-Cash.
Chavez Supermarket Gift Cards can be purchased via cash, credit, debit, or EBT-Cash in pre-set denominations of $15, $25, $50 or any denomination greater than $10. All cards begin with a $0 balance; therefore, you can specify the exact amount you’d like to add onto the card.
You can use your Chavez Supermarket gift card at any one of our locations.
No. The Chavez Supermarket gift card does not expire.
Unfortunately, lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

2. Ask any cashier to check the card balance by swiping the gift card at the register
No problem! You can use the gift card for partial payment and then pay the difference with cash, credit, debit, or other accepted forms of payment.
